Who is Noel Quigley?

Noel Quigley is an immortal 13 year old god/boy, when he was born he originally was a pig, but as he grew up his species changed to human.

Remnants of his former pig self are still visible. On July 19th 2024 at 11:46 Noel Quigley was attacked by Frank Murphy and determined legally dead, however just 2 hours later he emerged from the crime scene completely unharmed.

Clearly, he is a god.
